Vitesse Re-SkillingTM Canada Inc. is an independent, not-for-profit organization created to provide cost-effective solutions to meet the dynamic skills needs of the emerging and growth-oriented knowledge-based sectors.
The program was started in Ottawa to provide industry with software-engineering resources by Re-Skilling. under-employed or unemployed science and engineering professionals. It has since expanded to include additional co-op based individualized training solutions for fields such as photonics, bioinformatics, microelectronics, and wireless communications. Vitesse also offers workplace adjustment and enrichment programs for new and existing knowledge workers creating a training model built on the premise of a comprehensive skill continuum.

LEED™Training Workshop
Vitesse is offering a 3-day training workshop on LEED™ (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Version 2.2, which is the latest version in Canada, for New Construction and Major Renovations.
The program will be held on May 18-19-20, 2010 at the Vitesse Training Centre, located at: 359 Terry Fox Drive, Suite 210, Kanata, ON, K2K 2E7 The course will be delivered in two formats at the same time: - In class at Vitesse Training Centre
- Remote: (Virtual class) - Online . Real-time, instructor-led
LEED™ is a globally recognized building certification and people accreditation process developed by the US Green Building Council.
Areas covered in this course include: - Energy savings
- Water efficiency
- Improved indoor environmental quality
- CO2 emissions reduction
- Stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts

PMP Courses - Day and Evening
Vitesse - OTI (supported by Vitesse) is offering a PMP (Project Management Professional) training program for unemployed candidates to prepare for certification with the PMI.
Partnering to Achieve Student Success (PASS - East Ontario)
PASS is a student program for children in grades 7 to 12 in the Eastern Ontario region. It gives the students a chance to visit universities, colleges, research facilities, and industry partners to view a pathhway to professional occupations.
Ontario Internship Program (OIP)
The Ontario Internship Program is designed to support the transfer of highly qualified college and university graduates to companies involved in developing and commercializing innovative prodducts and services.
