The Selection Process
- Vitesse (Re-Skilling) Canada Inc. pre-screens all applications and prepares a potential intake (Round 1) short list.
- Round 1 short-listed candidates are then interviewed by Vitesse.
- A selection committee composed of Vitesse (Re-Skilling) Canada Inc., university/college, and company representatives then reviews 1st round applicant packages and interview results and narrows the candidate pool to a Round 2 interview short list.
- The participating companies contact candidates, of interest to them, directly for interviews and make final selections.
